Canopy Tent Rentals
Canopy Tents Pros: offer excellent shade, seat 32-80 guests depending on size, and can be set-up by customers. Most cost effective tent.
Cons: require grass for staking. Requires additional space for stakes around perimeter. Has 1-3 Center Poles. Less wind tolerant.
Available in 20x20, 20x30, and 20x40.
Frame Tent Rentals
Frame Tent Pros: No center poles, suitable for driveways and select patios, available in different sizes, and more wind-tolerant. Cons: Slightly higher cost and only available with delivery and set-up.
Bigger Tents
Our larger tents are available in both frame and tension styles, accommodating anywhere from 100 to 1000 guests. These tents are designed to withstand challenging weather conditions, offering added durability.
Cons: More expensive. Must be set-up by ASR Team. Requires more install time.
Step 2: Finding the Right Tent Size
Now, consider your table preference: round or banquet?
Expecting 100 guests at your graduation party? Don't worry, not everyone will be seated at once. Typically, we recommend setting up 8 - 8' banquet tables (seating 64) for about half or three-quarters of your guests. This leaves ample space for the overflow to mingle around cocktail tables or engage in other activities.
