Top 10 FAQ's for Bounce Houses

1. Do you Deliver and Set up?

Absolutely! We're thrilled to share that we provide delivery services throughout the entire Southeastern Wisconsin region. The delivery fee is determined by the distance from our fantastic location in Muskego, and the best part is, setup is automatically included in this fee. Our dedicated team takes pride in making the setup process a breeze, usually taking around 15 minutes (though it might vary slightly depending on the unit's size and the distance to the setup location from parking). Rest assured, at All Star, our top priority is ensuring your bounce house experience is not only fun but also safe and clean.

2. Can I pick up the Bounce House myself?

Yes, you can totally pick up any of our fantastic inflatables yourself – it's a breeze! Here are a few pro tips to make your experience even smoother: Make sure you've got an appropriate vehicle, like a cleared-out minivan, SUV with seats folded flat, pickup truck, or a trusty trailer. Enlist some extra hands to make moving and setting up the bounce house a piece of cake (they typically weigh between 200lb-600lb). We've got you covered with a blower and stakes, but having a hammer on hand is a great idea for securing those stakes in the grass. And guess what? 3. How long do I have the Bounce House for?

If we're delivering, arrival will be prior to your event start time, with a hassle-free pickup the day after – giving you ample time to enjoy the festivities.  Please note: you can always call our office the day of at (414) 427-9951 for a more narrow delivery window.  Now, if you're picking up the bounce house yourself, you're in for a treat! Pick up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, and enjoy the extended fun until Monday – all for the fantastic one-day price! Do keep in mind, though, that specific rental details might vary based on event timing, availability, and venue access.

4. What will I need for power?

Each of our inflatable blowers require 8 amps, and for optimal performance, we suggest using a separate outlet for each blower. Depending on the bounce house, you might need one blower or a few, and all the specifics are neatly laid out in your contract. Another thing to note - our blowers come with cords that stretch approximately 15 feet. To ensure you've got everything you need for a smooth setup, make sure to have your own extension cords on hand as we don't provide them. 

5. Can I have an Inflatable at park? 

While we're not currently delivering bounce houses to parks, the good news is you can still bring the excitement to your favorite outdoor spot. Just swing by to pick up the bounce house, enjoy your time at the park, and return it to us on the next day we're open – easy peasy! To make your park adventure even smoother, we offer park insurance for just an additional $30. Fill out a quick form with some park details, and you're all set. We recommend checking with the park about staking into the grass and checking for access to a power source. If there's no power available, you can bring along a generator to keep the fun going strong.
